UShareNH follows a simple
process to make sharing easy.
Step 1: Resource
Posting A UShareNH member
with posting privileges creates a request for
assistance that provides details of the need.

Step 2: Action
Alert Notification A request
for assistance posting will generate an action
alert according the criteria in each member's
profile. Members chose whether to respond
to an action alert based on their current
ability to assist. The alert e-mail notification can
be configured to generate immediately, daily
summary or a weekly summary of all action
alerts.

Step 3:
Inquiry
UShareNH member may respond to an action alert
by clicking the inquiry button
on the ActionAlert e-mail or website listing.
UShareNH will generate an e-mail to the member
requesting assistance with a message and contact
information from the member offering assistance.
Once UShareNH makes the initial connection
between two members for a particular resource
posting, the communication method (phone,
e-mail, text) and timing will be established
between the two members. We encourage each
member to respectful of others in the
community by responding within 24 hours to
UShareNH generated communication
Step 4:
Comments
Comments allow our members to provide feedback
about their experience with a particular
resource postings or on the UShareNH website in
general.
UShare sends a a special type of comment that
informs everyone who received the original
ActionAlert how the need was met. This way
we can all celebrate our members contributions to
serve our neighbours in need. We want to make UShareNH a
vibrant community and regular feedback from our
members is a key to our future success.
